Renn vs. Rhen

Hello.. we’re expecting a little girl in June and I heard this name the other day and it stuck with me! I really like it, but I was wondering if anyone else did and if it was just short for something longer?? If you do like it, will you let me know and give some middle name suggestions to go with it! Thanks so much!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS NAME! I always have. But I only like it spelled Wren. What do you think?

I haven’t had a little girl yet, but I’ve looked, and it’s hard to find mn’s for this name. Some ideas are:
Wren Elisabeth
Wren Calliope (cull-EYE-oh-pee)
Wren Paige
Wren Mackensie
Wren Roseann
Wren Ramona
Wren Sparrow
Wren Sophia
Wren Violet
Wren Penelope
Wren Juliet
Wren Claire
Wren Scarlett

Wren is the prettiest spelling, by far. Then comes Rhen.
Wren Calliope from above is pretty. Or Wren Isabel.

Ren is my fav or Wren. P.S. Ren/Wren Lauren isn’t good because it ends in ren.

Ren Arlene is nice:)
Wren Arlene
Ren Iris
Wren Iris
Ren Kate
Wren Kate
Ren Elizabeth
Wren Elizabeth
Wren Marie
Ren Marie

Jane, Lauren, Jenna, Jane don’t flow with Ren GL!

Ren Laurel is really pretty:) Love Lucille. I suggested those:)

Wren Iris and Wren Elisabeth (it looks nicer with an ’s’, in my opinion) are my favorites of the family names.
Could you use a variant of the fam. names, such as Wren Elise (for Elizabeth)?
And show your husband your favorite non-family middle names, maybe he’ll change his mind. Of the suggested, I like Wren Lucille, Wren Isabel, Wren Calliope, and Wren Penelope.

Wren Elizabeth!I was going to suggest Elizabeth before I even read that it was a family name. The long mn works well.

Rhen Jane or Rhen Elizabeth are really pretty. I really dislike Wren. It just doesn’t look at pretty and really makes me think of the bird (which btw, is a small kind of ugly bird)

Hi!
Rhen as far as I researched is nothing to do with Renée
I heard it is used quite a bit in Australia when I named my son Rhen two years ago.
I have a Renée, Rhett and Rhen.
We choose it as it’s like Renée but spelt with the Rh like Rhett to bring all three kids names together.
We are a R family but I have heard one other girl called Rhen, but love it Wren after the Architect Christopher Wren who designed St Paul’s Cathedral in London where I am originally from.
I now live near Toronto Canada and live that I never hear another of it.
Absolutely gorgeous name.
Good luck with your little one.

Hi, Renn is a name that has just been chosen for my grandchild to be. I mixture of both grandfather's names, one who died very young and the other my husband who has terminal cancer. Their names are Richard and Glenn. The parents to be have R from Richard and the enn from Glenn for the baby's name. By the way. A Wren as in a bird is a pretty little brown bird, not at all ugly who chirps happily in our garden. Xxc
