Sophie is a very cute name
So is Sophia. In my opinion, Sophie is better, but that's just my opinion. Sophie and Sophia really come down to the parents. Sofia might get bullied because of Sofia the First. If it wasn't for that, I would say Sofia. Sofie would be cute, but it looks like softy. If you don't live in America/don't care about Sofia the first, then I would say Sofia! Also, this is random, but Jane would be a cute middle name for any of these!

Sophia gets my vote because I think it sounds a little prettier than Sophie. If you don't have a culture/ethnicity that requires the spelling of Sofia, then I wouldn't use it.

Sophie! Cute. Sophia is it's overly popular twin sister. You'll meet more Sophia's than Sophie (but both are common)

I would use Sofia over Sophia if that spelling is in line with your heritage/ethnicity. But personally, only then!

Of all, I actually prefer Sophie the best!
