Leia for sure!
I believe most people are going to think of Princess Leia and automatically spell it this way and the good thing about this spelling is almost everyone will know how to pronounce it.

Go with the original hebrew one! leah is beautiful and for me was more intuitive in how to pronounce it correctly.

Probably Leia. Or Laia. I would absolutely pronounce Leah as "Lee-ah". But I would adjust my pronunciation once I knew your preference.

If you want people to get it right the first time, go with Leia. It's a pretty name and enough people know Star Wars to know how to pronounce it. If you live in an area where there are a lot of Jewish families, then Leah would work with the pronunciation you want, but also be aware that when she's an adult, likely everyone will say it LEE-ah.

Another option is the French Léa.

What about Lea? Just leaving off the H makes more hesitant to pronounce it like I'd pronounce Leah. Leia works too but has definite Star Wars connections, and in my opinion the rest of them just look misspelled.

Leia
Laya
Leya

People will pronounce Leah as lee-uh and Laia looks like LYE-uh. People might also pronounce Leya as Leah.

If you want Lay-uh then Leya or Layah

Leia is probably the best-known due to Princess Leia from Star Wars. Most people I know say Lee-uh for Leah, even though my Orthodox Jewish friend says it the Hebrew way, Lay-uh.
