Madeleine = len
Madeline = line
Madelyn = lynn
Madeline = line
Madelyn = lynn
My answer is going to be confusing so hang on. I personally believe this name is just anarchy lol.
Madeleine is a French name pronounced mad-lehn, which is how I'd probably pronounce it on first glance. However, the only Madeleine I've ever met pronounced it mad-eh-line.
Madeline is my sister's middle name. We pronounce it mad-eh-lyn.
The only person I've met named mad-eh-line was the one spelled Madeleine. All other variations of Madeline/Madelyn/Madilynn etc that I've met have been pronounced -lyn.
TL;DR I'd pronounce Madeleine the French way and Madeline with a -lyn ending, but I'd be prepared to correct myself either way.

Just to piggyback on Abby's answer, I had a deceased relative whose name was Madeline. She pronounced it Mad-a-leen. So, yes. This name is anarchy.

I've heard Madeline always (according to them/their mothers) as mad-uh-Lynn, Madeleine as mad-uh-Len, and I have no idea how you're supposed to spell it for the "line" spelling because I've never met one, and I have always been confused by this. I think spelling it Madeline and telling people it's the "line" pronunciation if they're confused is the best bet.
