Long Name vs. For Hank

Title says it all. Husband and I are absolutely sure we want to call our son Hank. However, we both agree he probably needs a more "professional" first name and we want to avoid naming our son a nickname. We would go with Henry, but our issue is that my brother has 2 sons named Henry Jonathan and Harry Maddox. So the traditional "Hank is short for Henry OR Harry" are both out. Please help! His middle name will be Wilson, a family name.

Possibly H. Franklin, if there's an H name you like that's not too similar to your nephews.
