There’s 3 different pronunciations they’re NI-yell-ee, na-YEH-lee, na-YAY-lee. And here are some different spellings Nayelly & Nayely. I don’t know what the meaning is in your book but on the website that I found this information on which is http://www.yeahbaby.com/baby-name.php?name=Nayeli it means I love you!

This is wonderful name! And I like and would prn it Na-Yay-Lee. Good Luck

Nayeli is my sister’s name and its pn Nye-ellie GL and God Bless i like the name
