I would go with either Eiley or Eily. Eiley looks best to me though, but both should be easier for people to know how to prnounce than the others. GL!

All the ways you have it, I would pronounce EEL-LEE. Should it start with an "I" if that’s the sound you are going for? Iylee, Iiley, Iilee, Ily, Iley, Ilee, Ileigh??? I think I like Ileigh the best.
A lot of these just look like a jumble of letters, like Eylee, Isley, Ileigh...I would look at it and go ’huh?’ And then some looks so incomplete, like Ily and Ilee (which, btw, I would pronounce ILL-ee). IMO, Eily and Eiley would get pronounced correctly more often than the others.

I think Eylee looks pretty, and is easily pronounced. Or maybe Eyleigh.

I voted for Eiley but I think I like Isley best of all.Isla seems to be getting quite poular so if people can pronounce that correctly,I don’t think they’d have a hard time with Isley.

I’d go with Ily! I think it’s super cute and it’s an acronym for I Love You!

I like Eiley the best because it’s most like Eileen, which I recognize, but I agree with 2nd poster that they all look unfinished, or maybe just like silly nicknames. You couldn’t just name her Eileen and call her Eiley? Then you could spell it however you want, even Eilie.
