Malachi. Period. If you want a name with a more "modern" spelling, choose a name that’s not centuries old.

I like it spelled Malakai.
I think Malachi would be mispronounced.

i prefer Malakai because i think the others will be mispronounced, i know Malachi is the original spelling, but whenever i see it, i want to say ma-LAH-chee. how about

I don’t think Malachi will be mispronounced any more than the others. And the others look silly. Don’t change a traditional spelling just because you’re worried about mispronunciation.

I like Malakai because the nn Kai is so cute! I know a little boy with this name and nn. I love it!

Malachi -- that’s the normal spelling. All those other spellings look like the names of Hawaiian resort hotels.

I wouldn't use Malaki, that's the month March in Hawaiian. Just a heads up.

Ps. I like Traditional spelled Malachi
