I’m not too sure there are any... Why not have Cody as the MN and call him that?
Example, my cousin is Charles Jake (Charles after my uncle it’s a family tradition) but we’ve ALWAYS called him Jake.

I’ve never heard Cody used as a nickname. It’s always been a full name. The only full name I can think of is possibly Cordell (and it is a real boy’s name - not made up). It means "Cordmaker."

My dads name is Abram Cody and he chose to go by Cody when he was in school. I didn’t even know his fist name was Abram till I was older! He goes by Abram in business and on official documents but he is Cody in all other areas. I think that if Cody on its own is too short for you a longer more formal first name is a good option. GL!
