I’d pronounce it No-ee. Kind of odd looking though... Not my favorite name. Good luck!

Just looking at it, I would think ’Noe’. It could be pronounced that way, like ’Chloe,’ or ’No-ay’

Definitely pronounced no-ee, rhymes with Chloe. I know someone named Noe and that is how he pronounces it.

Different folks pronounce it differntly. I know 2 pacific islanders who say it is NO-ay (almost like NO way).

ToddP is most accurate. It is a Hawaiian name and pronounced like no way but w/o saying the (double you). Like yay!

It is a name that exists in several different cultures, including French-speaking, Romanian-speaking and Spanish-speaking.

It is a surname in my family (long-ago immigrants to North America from France). The 20th century descendants I’m related to pronounced it "NO-EE" (not "NO"), like Noe Valley in San Francisco.
