For a girl Ryann is better but prn as Rye-ann not Ryan.
How about not using that name at all, it screams "I am a southern american living on a farm" to me, or " I live in a ghetto in a city"( sorry if that sounds really harsh but that is the impression I get of the name)

I’m from the south and I’ve never heard of a girl named Ryan here. I did appreciate that comment. I do not like it for a girl at all. But if you’re insisting on it...I guess Ryann? But that kind of looks silly to me wrote down too. I’m sorry. I’m not much help I guess.

Go with the name Ryan it is such a great girls name I love it. I like the spelling Ryan and Ryann. Don’t listen to the others they obviously have horrible taste in names. Or like really girly names. Everyone has different taste.
