I have seen it spelled Joie.
You could also use a different version like Joyce or Jocelyn.
Or you could make it a double name like Joy-Anne or Joy-Beth.

Gioia is the Italian version and Joie is the French. Obviously, they would be pronounced different than the English word Joy. Good luck!
Joya is cute. I knew a girl with the name Joylynn...different.
