Shyann vs. Shyanne vs. Other spellings?
Husband and I fell in love with the name Shyann after we found out we were having our third little girl. Husband loves the spelling Shyann,i on the other hand am open to other spellings. Also we want a medium to long middle name to go with. Sisters are Lucy Alexandra(6) and Emily Noelle(Emma,3). -Delaney&Ryan

Cheyenne is the only spelling that looks right, and since its long you’d need a shorter MN to balance it out. I personally love the name Cheyenne, but it doesn’t go well with your other girls names. You might want to consider another name ending in -y so she doesn’t feel left out. Gl

I like the Shyanne spelling. And I personally would pronounce this differently to Cheyenne. Shy-Ann and Shay-enn.

Cheyenne is pronounced Shyanne not Shayanne, and was the only accepted spelling until recently. I’m really not even sure if Shyanne is accepted or not, to be honest it looks juvenile. Gl!

I would definitely spell it Cheyenne otherwise she will have to correct people/spell her name for everyone all the time.

We chose Cheyenne Nicole. I kept debating going with shyanne because we call her Shy. I didn't like Chey and afraid it would be pronounced like Shay. We all call her Shy on social media and in real life but she's a Cheyenne. Plus she won't have to correct everyone on how to spell her name.

The actual word IS Cheyenne, you can't just choose to spell a word however you want just because "it looks nice".
