How would you pronounce vs. Murtagh?

How would you pronounce the name Murtagh? I posted earlier and got some nice feedback, but it also brought up a problem- I’m not sure on how people will pronounce it.

i don’t know how to pronounce it without looking it up but my initial guess would be Mur-tor or Mur-targ

I would pronounce it Mur-ta. Many Irish names (such as Clodagh, prn. Clo-dah) have the -agh ending and this is just pronounced "ah", like the ending of Anna.
