Are you pronouncing it Lee or Lee-uh?
Leah/Lea is a name on it’s own. As is "lee" but I understand wanting that short for something.
"Lia" could be short for Amelia, Malia, Natalia, Magnolia, Cecelia, Aurelia, etc.

My first thought was Leanna, but I love Lea being at the end of a name. You could even spell them different.....Amelea, Malea, Natalea

My dd’s middle name is Lea after my dad, Leo. I think it’s a great name on it’s own.

But it could be a nn for any name ending in -lia. Amelia, Cordelia, Cecelia, etc.

I think Lea can be short for anything that Lia or Leah can be short for. Amelia, Emilia, Natalia, Evangalia, Jamelia, Amalia, Rosalia, Cecilia,Lisa, Julia, Julianna, Malia, Lillian, Liliana, or my personal favorite Liana/Lianna.
