Elizabeth nn Effy/Effie vs. ????

I love the nickname Effy/Effie. What do you think about Elizabeth with the nickname Effy/Effie? Which spelling? We’re leaning toward Effie, but not sure. Someone said this name has something to do with the Hunger Games, we don’t care though, that’s not where we got this nickname. So does this nickname work with the first name Elizabeth or is there a full name that would work better than Elizabeth? We’re open to suggestions! Thanks, Matt and Claire

I love Effie as well, never got a good response on here either with it tho, it can be used as a full name (very old name from 1860s) or for Euphemia. Elizabeth is a good idea too tho and Steffi.
I like just Effie!

I don’t care for effi. I like Elizabeth (my niece is elizabeth who we call Ellie). If you stick with Elizabeth I would call her Eve, Ellie, Bwth, Evelyn(n), Ever, everlyn(n), etc.
