Cody is the only way it should be spelled. All the other look ridiculous and make it seem like the parents guessed on the spelling, which doesn’t make them seem too bright. Please, don’t make yourself one of THOSE parents.

My nephew’s name is Dakota and we call him Cody. When he writes his name at school he writes it Cody. I thik Cody is a cute name on it’s own though, if you don’t find a longer name and love it. I Hope that helps.

Don’t go with the crowd. Be unique. Spelling any of the ways you have listed is not weird and doesn’t make you seem like you don’t know how to spell. I personally like the spelling "Coty". That’s probably just because it’s how my name is spelled.
When I was younger, I hated the way it was spelled but as I got older, I liked that it was different and embraced it. My mom chose to spell it that way from the beauty product company COTY.

Truth be told mine is spelt Coty. Simply because my parents were thinking ahead. It's gonna be very very hard for someone to steal my identity. There are more Cody's in this world than there are Coty's.
Now, if I could just stop having people call me Cory that would be great!
