There are so many Elise’s out there (my daughter’s mn) so I would do Alise. I think it would still be pronounced correctly, unlike Alyse which might be turned into Alice accidentally

I think Elise/Elyse is the best with the a it might be confused as Alice as in Alice in wonderland.

Elise with this spelling is beautiful! I agree with pp that it might be pronounced ALICE if spelled with an A especially since everyone is using Ys as alternate spellings.
