I have it spelled Maddyx on my girls list of names but Maddox is definitely ok for a girl..it’s adorable..people will most likely talk you out of it but go with your heart and if you like it name her that!

Maddox is all boy no matter how you spell it and this is an opinion of someone who used a unisex name for her girl.

Im poster 5, iv had a think about it and come back lol, i actually never really liked it on a boy either, but now that i look at the other posters spelling of Maddyx its quite cool and prob would prefer it for a girl, that sounds so weird iv done a 180

All boy. There are so many beautiful girls name, boys are much harder to name. Name her something feminine.

I love it for a girl’s name. I think anything that could be nicknamed Maddie is automatically claimed for girls!
