I would pronounce Rhea as "Ray" because I know many people with that surname. Ria will more than likely be pronounced correctly by most people since "Mia" is very well known.

I would pronounce them the same, both like Ree-a.
I know a girl named Rhea Gabrielle. I think that’s really pretty.

The official pronunciation of Rhea is Ray. Were you aware? If you want it pronounced as ree-ah, I’d go with Tia :) good luck!

Ree-uh is the correct pronunciation according to the following three dictionary websites:
http://www.thefreedictionary.com/Rhea
http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/rhea
http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/rhea
Both pronunciations are probably correct, really. It just depends what you’re used to.
I really like both actually. Ria may be simpler if you want to avoid the pronunciation difficulties but both are very pretty.
