Neither. Mia Soleil would be beautiful. I agree with the above poster. Mia and Sophia together as a combo, sounds bad. Sorry. But, you could pick your fave from the two, then, maybe save the second option for a future daughter? Just a thought. GL

How about making it Mia Sophie instead?
Mia and Sofia are both lovely names individually but I think they rhyme way too much to use together.

Mia Sofia sounds quite lovely to me. Normally I don’t like to hear names with similar endings paired together. But this is very Italian-sounding and it just sounds perfect to me. Also, with the meaning of "Mia" I think this placement works quite well.

Mia Sofia sounds like Lia Sophia, the jewelry company. I would do Sofia Mia.

I agree with the other posters. Although they are both nice names, they do not flow well together and sound like a nursery rhyme or something. Save one for another daughter, or if you don’t plan on having any more, you could use it for a pet.
