My favourite is Sianna and for me the pronunciation should be obvious, but everyone told me it will be pronounce Shawna which I don’t like. I definitely wouldn’t use Seanna because some people spell Shawna that way, so for pronunciation purpouses I suppose it would have to be Cianna, BUT I still prefer the Sianna version (looks like Sienna)!

I think you will have problems with all these spellings for the pronunciation you want. I like the look of Cianna (which is not much help) best but .....
Sianna just looks like Sienna mis-spelled.
Seanna looks like it is pronounced Shawna
Cianna looks Italian and would be Channa

i really don’t care for it either way sorry, it sounds made up. Seanna would be shawna, my brother is Sean pronounced shawn. Sianna or Cianna would give the pronunciation you want, but they look made up and trendy.

Cianna is Irish and actually pronounced key-ah-na. It\’s the feminine form of Cian and means ancient. In galic the spelling is Ciannait.

Cianna is also of Italian origin and the meaning is: "God is Gracious"

Seánna is pronounced SHAWN-a. I hate it when people pronounce my name SEE-ANN-a, so frustrating...

I'm Seanna for last 48 yrs. Everyone gets it wrong in U.K. And Ireland. Sadly people recognise Sean but don't realise it's just the female version. I was registered in U.K. So no fodda on the first á. Either way I'd steer clear as you soon become tired of answering to anything other than your real name. Should be said like Shawna.
