I think Polly is adorable all on its own. If I had to choose a full name for it, I would go with Paulette or Paula.

It’s a nickname for Mary. The ’r’ in names was often softened to an ’l’ and this usually came with a vowel change, hence "Molly" and that evolved into "Polly" (Similarly to Margaret-Meggy-Peggy)
