Girl’s version vs. of Kevin

We’re expecting our first baby, and we’ve chosen her first name to be Elsa. We’re not looking for comments on the first name, but we are looking for some help with her middle name. We’d like for it to honor our really good friend Kevin, for personal reasons, but we haven’t been able to think of any name related to Kevin that is remotely feminine. This might seem like a strange request, but does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you! Ben and Kirstie

What about Keeva. That’s the Anglicized spelling of Caoimhe. And the female version of Kevin.

Kavina (see above)

Kevin means born beautiful so any "K" name with that or close to that meaning.

Such as

Keeley or Keela which means "beautiful/handsome"

Kallegenia is Greek for "born beautiful"

Kenae is Hawaiian for "beautiful one"
