If you’re set on the name and want it pronounced that way, go with Meeka. The other spelling might get pronounced my-eek-uh or me-ek-uh. But I’m also of the opinion that if you have to write out a pronunciation that you should rethink using the name.

The only reason I wrote it out was because some people still don’t pronounce it right even if the pronunciation is obvious. Thanks though. -Poster

Meeka gets my vote. However here are some suggestions

Meleeka or Maleeka
Meera or Mira

I would spell it Mika, personally.
