Stick with the traditional spelling "PH". The other one looks weird. Are you set on Stephanie? It just doesn’t seem to go with Paul and Lily. Your last name is so long. Paul and Lily are short and sweet. I would stick with that pattern for this child too.

I say them differently:
Stephanie - Stef-annie
Stefanie - Stef-ah-ni

We were thinking it was quite long too Zipporah! I am Russian so we were thinking maybe Anya! Do you have any other short name suggestions? Also we were thinking about Serena as well

My name is Stefanie. I didn’t always appreciate the spelling, especially because everyone spelled it with a "ph"- now as an adult in my 40’s, I love that my mom insisted on spelling it the "original" way. Those who sell it with an "f" seem to be more vibrant and we all always share a special kingship when we run across one another. Anyone I have ever met tells me they always spell it with an "f" after meeting me :) it makes a common- classic name unique and memerible
