Freya is the closest I can come. From the last four letters in Jeffrey.

I would go with a name that has the same meaning as the earlier poster suggests.

I like Fern, Reyna, Rena, Amani, Malina and Livia. He doesn’t have a middle name, so I might go with the same meaning if I don’t love the others.

Jeffrey means Gift of Peace.

Frieda is a female version of that name.

For names that share a meaning and not the sound there’s:

Olive
Olivia
Alana
Alanna
Lana
Liv
Livi
Malia
Reina
Rayna

I agree... go with a shared meaning name.
Rayna and Olive are very cute.

How about Julie? Childhood is tough enough with giving a girl a typical boys name like Jeffrey.

Hi my name is Jeffrie and yes I am a female. Born 1955 when names like Jerry and Terry etc first gained popularity in our country USA. Jeffrie Marie. I found a plaque in tourist shop with the same spelling said I was a Hebrew name meaning she who is full or grace. Man I had to have that plaque. It was and still is rough to grow up with a male name. Of course in last twenty years or more it is popular look at Tyler etc.

I got called Jeffebell as a kid when I called Brian Brianna. Maybe it could be an actual name.

🌈I'd suggest giving your daughter a name that starts with the same letter as Jeffrey. It doesn't matter if it has a different meaning as long as it starts with the same letter.
