Which one of these spellings do you prefer? I want it to be pronounced like Emilia, but without the E. Any other spellings? And then I also need middle name suggestions. Younger sister Nova Rhiannon. Thank you.

It is not going to be pronounced like Emilia, if it starts with an M. You should consider Amelia.

It could be a pretty name.....but you should consider that Millia is the name of those tiny little white heads, commonly on newborns skin, but adults can have it too.
