I’ve seen Noa a few times, though can’t say I love it. Niamh has most of the same letters? Otherwise Nora sounds similar, and Honour is the same sounds reversed

"Nora honour","Noelle Honour" ,"Nory honour" , and "Noa honour" would be cute in my opinion
*I know you didn’t mention having honor as the middle name I just think it’d be a cool idea"

I say just go with Noah/Noa. Either as a first or middle. If you use it pair it with a feminine name. No unisex or masculine name.

For example-

Noah Isabelle
Noah Bethany
Noah Elisabeth
Noah Charlotte
Noah Abigail

I like Nora and Noelle the best. You could also use Norene.

A friend of mine named her daughter Noa. I love it.

My daughter's name is Noe (No-ee). It is the Spanish and French form of Noah and is pronounced No-ay in French and Spanish and pronounced No-ee in English.
