Keiley looks like it would be pronounced Ky-lee. Keely is the best spelling IMO. GL

I’m not usually a big fan of names for girls that end in the -ly sound. This is the exception to the rule for me. I like it and I prefer the Keely spelling.

I personally prefer the spelling "Keeley" with another e before the y. We had a couple of little girls through the childcare centre i work at called this version of Keeley and then 1 Keelie. Love this name so whichever way you go spelling wise, it’s still a beautiful name.

Keyley looks ridiculous and Kealie and so on would be pronounced kay-lee. Keely is such a beautiful name... it has a mysterious beauty to it. I agree that Keiley looks like it should be pronounced kylie, and Keelie looks silly to me. Keely looks extremely beautiful.

Keeley is the traditional spelling, so I would go with that!
