I would pronounce it like Kay-Leigh. And I would pronounce "Callie" like Cal-lee.

Kaylee is pronounced Kay-lee, Callie is pronounced Cal-lee. Personally I prefer Kaylee

The actual Celtic word Caleigh is pronounced Kaylee, so that’s what I would go for.
