My husband prefers the spelling Blaire but I prefer Blair. Middle name is Victoria but I don’t think it matters all that much :)

There is no "e" in Blair. Blair Victoria is fine.

^some people spell it with an "e". That being said, I do prefer Blair Victoria.

I think it looks better with the "e" but the only good thing I associate with this name, is Blair Waldorf. And she spells it without the "e".

I’m Blair, so I prefer no "e", but I will say many people do try to spell is "Blaire" even though no "e" is more popular. Good luck!

^ Ugh I hate rude people. It can be spelt either way who cares. I think I like it without the "e" though. Both look good.

^ I’ve reported you. There’s no need for gutter language.

Blair is the correct spelling. I’ve never understood why people have to change the spelling of names. Adding an "e" here or substituting a "y" there. It doesn’t make the name more "yooneek". It just makes it more probable that a girl named Blaire will have to get used to saying "that’s Blair with an "e" at the end" for the rest of her life. It’s not worth the trouble.

People aren’t changing the spelling. Blaire is a legit way to spell it. It’s just like Clare/Clair or Claire all real spellings and there is no correct/right way to spell it.
To me since it’s unisex just like Claire I would spell it Blaire for a girl and Blair for a boy.
