Eamon vs. Eammon vs. Amon

Hi! What are your thoughts on this name (pronounced Ay-mon, ay, rhyming with pay)? It's an Irish variation of Edmond, and we've been looking for an Irish name for our son. Which spelling would make pronunciation easiest? Do you like it? Thanks, Liza and Seamus

Not a huge fan of it, but for spelling I'd go with Eamon

I feel like Eamon will always be said EE-mun. Guarantee it. Amon looks like Amos, which I know a lot of people who know that Amos is AY-mos so Amon will probably be easier to get the AY-mon pronunciation.
