Johnna is the traditional Italian way but even among Italian Americans it would be more commonly pronounced Gi-On-a. It is a very popular name right name right now so would likely be pronounced in the mainstream way (Gi-on-a).

With three syllables but I don't really pronounce the middle part like ON but definitely not like ANN either.Sort of in between more like AHN

I say gee-anne-uh, not sure if that's correct though. I would say Giana as gee-ah-uh
