Liliana is my favorite spelling because the other two just look like it's trying to be fancy or trying too hard to be "different" with the same name. Plus, when a child is learning to write, no matter how long or short the name is, it's just simpler for them to not have added unnecessary letters.

Lilianna/Lillianna is 'an-nuh'. Ana is 'aw-nuh'/'aah-nuh' (depends where you live). Liliana is simple and sweet. Don't make this name more complicated than it needs to be :). Liliana "Lily" or Liliana "Lillie" are my favorites.

Liliana is the simplest and looks the best. The other letters make the name confusing and it makes the name look clunky.

Liliana is just right! Looks simple and won't get mixed up.
Lilianna is a different pronunciation (which I don't like).
Liliana ('lily-aah-nuh') is my top choice, followed by Lillian.
